Privacy
Short, because there is not much to say. Setsebi has no accounts and stores almost nothing.
The short version
- There are no accounts, so there is nothing to log into and no password of yours to lose.
- Filling in a form stores nothing. Your details reach us only when you send the WhatsApp message yourself.
- Your shortlist never leaves your device and is never sent to us.
- Practitioners are published by name because that is the point of a register. Buyers never are.
- Ask to be removed and the row is deleted. The listing is gone from the site on the next update.
What we hold
- Briefs you post. Organisation, your name, contact details, and what you need trained. Held in a coordination sheet used to make the match.
- Provider applications. What you submit to be listed, including references. References are contacted during verification and are never published.
- Nothing else. No analytics profile is built on you, no advertising identifier is set, and there are no third-party trackers on this site.
What stays on your device
Your shortlist is stored in your own browser and never reaches us. Clearing your browser data deletes it and we cannot restore it, because we never had it.
What is published
Provider listings are public: name, headline, levels, disciplines, markets, delivery modes, rate band, sectors, years in practice and the count of references held. Reference contact details, your rates for a specific job and your client list are not published.
Buyer briefs are never published. If a brief appears on the needs board it carries a reference number, discipline, level, headcount, market and timing - and nothing that identifies the company.
Sharing and removal
Contact details are shared with the other side of a match only, and only once you have chosen to proceed. We do not sell data and we do not pass it to advertisers.
To be removed from the register or to have a brief deleted, email info@cabanga.africa and it is done within five working days.
