Get listed
Individual practitioners, training firms and team-building providers. Listing is free and being checked will be free. Nobody pays to get on this register. Checking is not switched on yet, so no listing here carries a mark.
The practitioner test
Would a serious company hire you to do the job, not merely to teach it?
That is the standard. It is why a communications manager who ran the function through a real reputational event gets listed, and why somebody who has only ever taught the subject does not.
Applied, it comes down to six checks:
- Identity, and registration if you trade as a business. CIPA, CIPC, ZIMRA, PACRA or the local equivalent.
- A verifiable track record. Three delivered engagements with contactable references, or documented tenure in the function you teach.
- Declared scope. Name what you actually train. A profile claiming eleven unrelated disciplines is a decline, not a listing.
- A rate band. Not a fixed price - a published range, so a buyer knows before the call whether they are in the right room.
- Delivery capability. If you offer virtual delivery, you have to be able to actually run it: connection, platform, materials and the experience of having done it.
- Accreditations recorded as held. We name the awarding body. We do not endorse it, and we do not award anything ourselves.
There is no half-listed state. You are either through both checks and on the register, or you are not on it. Nothing appears here marked as unverified, because a register that carries unchecked names is worth no more than a search engine.
