Statutory safety training, hazard identification and risk assessment, incident and near-miss investigation, safety representative and committee training, contractor safety, and the culture work that decides whether any of it is followed when nobody is watching.
Not certification we issue, and not a signed attendance register sold as compliance. Where a course carries a statutory certificate, the awarding body is named on the listing and it is theirs, not ours.

Three situations this gets bought for
- The incident that has already happened
Investigation training, corrective action, and usually a regulator with an interest. Time-bound, so put the deadline in the brief and we will filter on availability first. - The site where the rules are known and ignored
Everyone has been trained, the file is complete, and the behaviour has not changed. This is safety culture work, tagged L7 because it needs the whole team in the room including the supervisors who look the other way. - The new plant or new contractor base
New equipment, a new site, or a contractor workforce that has never been inducted to your standard. Volume training, often in shifts so the operation keeps running - say so and we will only send providers who work that way.
