New equipment commissioned, and the supplier's handover was two hours long. Conversion training in shift patterns so production keeps running. Say what the machine is - the match depends on it more than anything else. - The damage that keeps repeating
The same component fails, the same way, on the same shift. Usually an operating-practice problem rather than a maintenance one, and the training goes to operators, not fitters. - The competence record you cannot produce
An insurer, an auditor or a regulator has asked who is signed off on what, and there is no answer. Training plus an assessed record at the end of it - ask for that explicitly in the brief.
