Your people need training. Somebody within our network does this for a living.
Setsebi is where an organisation that needs its people trained finds the practitioner who can train them - on site, off site, or delivered remotely from another market.

Tell us what needs training
Level, discipline, how many people, where and when. A person comes back on WhatsApp within one business day with practitioners who fit and an indicative rate.
Get listed
Individual practitioners and training firms. Free to list, free to put through both gates, and the work comes to you from four markets rather than your own phone book.
How a listing earns its mark
Genuine post
The address given answered a six-digit code inside ten minutes. It proves a real, contactable person put the listing up. It proves nothing about what they claim.
Verified by Setsebi
Someone on this side checked the person off the platform - a call, a registration, a certificate, or a trader we already know. We never publish which one earned it.
Declared
Everything a practitioner says about their own rates, years and references is their statement. We show it as declared and we do not dress it up as confirmed.
Post not confirmed
Neither gate has been passed, or the review sheet has never heard of the row. Every sample listing on the register today reads exactly this.
How it worksfour steps
- 01
You post the needLevel, discipline, headcount, market, how you want it delivered and roughly when. It takes two minutes and you do not create an account.
- 02
A person matches itNot an algorithm. Someone reads the brief, works out who trains that level and discipline, and confirms availability.
- 03
You get two or three namesOn WhatsApp, within one business day, with an indicative rate band and the dates they are free.
- 04
You contract directlyThe engagement is between you and the practitioner. We introduce, scope and stay reachable if it goes sideways.
Training is bought by level, so that is how this is organised
A machine operator, a supervisor and a board member need completely different things, and almost every training directory in the market files everything under one heap of subjects. Setsebi tags every practitioner and every posted need on the level they work at as well as the discipline.
The money is probably already deducted
In most of these markets a compulsory training levy comes off payroll whether the training happens or not, and a large share of it is never drawn down. Before you decide you cannot afford this, it is worth finding out what your own company has already paid in.
Why this register and not a directory
The practitioner testEvery listing has to pass one question before it goes up: would a serious company hire this person to do the job, not merely to teach it? Anyone who can only teach the subject does not get listed.
The audience is already hereSetsebi opens onto the business readership Cabanga Africa has published to across twelve markets since 2017 - the companies with staff to train, and the practitioners who train them. Both sides were already in the room.
Distance stopped matteringA specialist two countries away can deliver live, and half of what we place is delivered remotely or cross-border. That is why the register is regional rather than a city listing.
